Content published BEFORE the season ranks by the season; content published during it ranks next year. Here is the Pakistani business calendar — what to publish when, so the year runs on schedule.

January–February: admission + pre-Ramzan - School/coaching: admission pages LIVE (the window opens)\- Retail: winter clearance pages - Pre-build: Ramzan landing pages, Sehri/Iftar menus (restaurants) ## March–April: Ramzan (dates shift — check Hijri year) - Ramzan hours pages, iftar deals, Eid collection previews - Zakat/donation pages (NGOs) - Eid shopping guides published 3–4 weeks BEFORE Eid searches peak ## May–June: Eid + summer - Eid post-mortem content (what sold), summer products (AC service pages before the heat peaks, cooling foods) - Wedding season prep pages (barat/mehndi packages — shaadi season runs Oct–Mar but bookings happen now) ## July–August: monsoon + independence - Monsoon-service pages (roof waterproofing, AC maintenance) - 14 August campaigns (the patriotic palette week) - Back-to-school content (Aug 15+) ## September–October: wedding season ignition - Wedding package pages LIVE before the first card is printed - Winter product previews ## November–December: the peak - Shaadi content at full volume, year-end offers, New Year pages pre-built - December: the year-in-review ritual (the analytics guide) — next year's calendar comes from this year's data

The standing rules 1. Seasonal pages publish 4+ weeks before the search spike 2. Evergreen content publishes weekly regardless of season (the compounding layer) 3. Each seasonal page gets an annual refresh (update the year, prices, photos) — old URLs retain their authority

The calendar is the difference between chasing seasons and owning them. One page per month, four weeks early — the whole system is twelve afternoons a year.
